Stuart
& Maury Inc., Realtors was founded in 1956 by William C. Stuart
III, Deane Maury, and Charles T. Berry. Today, Mr. Stuart and Mr.
Maury, together with Matthew Maury, continue to serve the Washington,
DC Metropolitan area with distinction. Stuart & Maury, Inc.

Management
Team
Deane
Maury , President, is a native Washingtonian and literally grew
up in his chosen field. Mr. Maury's father was also a prominent
area Realtor and served as Washington Board of Realtors President
in 1927. Deane Maury began his active participation in 1949 working
with rental property management. He has in the past held professional
appraisal designations as a Residential Member of the American Institute
of Real Estate Appraisers.
Matthew
Maury, Vice President, continues in his father's and grandfather's
footsteps. Since obtaining his real estate license in 1981, Matthew
Maury has sold more than $450,000,000 of real estate. He has been
honored as a Life Member of the Montgomery County Association of
Realtors Sales Club and has obtained the Association's Gold and
Platinum sales awards. Matthew additionally supervises a thriving
property management department, considered by many to be the "best
in the business."
Susan
Bader, Property Manager, has served as coordinator for the property
management department of the firm since 1982. A fully licensed Realtor
with licenses in both the District of Columbia and Maryland, Susan
has earned a position of respect within the industry for her integrity,
competency and professionalism.
William
C. Stuart III entered the Real Estate field in 1946 through a savings
and loan association in Virginia. Mr. Stuart has been active in
the sale, leasing and development of residential and commercial
properties in metropolitan Washington since 1948. He is a licensed
broker in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware
and is a past President of the District of Columbia Association
of Realtors.
